Vintage Report Black Crushed Velvet Over The Knee Boots Size 8

Preowned in EUC. Minimal signs of use. I was able to stretch the thigh opening an additional 2 inches.   The pair shown in the image is a Report brand black crushed velvet thigh-high boot.
