Vintage heavy-duty camera/tripod quick-release mounting plate, black anodized aluminum, approximately 3¼ × 3, ½ thick. Features a captive sliding 1/4-20 camera mounting screw with approximately 1 of fore/aft adjustment. Underside has a proprietary stepped/rail mounting profile approximately 1½ wide. Additional threaded mounting hole is present. No manufacturer name or model markings found. Shows scratches, scuffs and normal wear from use. Exact tripod/head compatibility is unknown.
